Prior to IV Development, Mike worked at Addington Capital as Head of Development working on Town Centre regeneration, commercial and residential projects as well as acquisition and divestment.

Prior to this Mike also worked for Eastern and Oriental as Project and Development Director most notable on their Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners Scheme in Hammersmith and with Avison Young working as a development consultant for Greenland UK on their Spire London project.  

Kiran co-founded IV Development in 2020. He was previously head of development at HB Reavis, where led the team on Elizabeth House Waterloo, achieving planning approval for 1.3m sq,ft of commercial space on one of London’s most strategically important and challenging sites.

Prior to that Kiran was a Development Director at Landsec, where he spent nearly 10 years working on some of their most successful projects including 20 Fenchurch St and One New Change.

Kiran is also a trustee of The Passage, a charity whose mission is to encourage, inspire and challenge homeless people to transform their lives.

Marc specialises in deal underwriting and financial modelling. Prior to IV, Marc has worked as an independent Real Estate Investment Consultant, advising clients on investment opportunities and building bespoke financial models for them.

He was previously an Associate Partner at Addington Capital for over 5 years, where he focused on the acquisitions of real estate portfolios comprising of warehouse, office, retail & residential assets, as well as looking after their financial modelling.

Marc has a Master of Science in Management (Major in finance) from Emlyon Business School (France).
