Having delivered some of London’s best buildings while working in-house for some of the capital’s top property developers, we decided to harness our skills and experience and form a specialist development management company.

IV Development is looking to build partnerships with a variety of clients, including investors, developers, family offices, land owners, asset managers and fund management platforms. 

We are used to leading teams working on complex city centre developments and are used to working with stakeholders including Local Authorities, Historic England, Transport for London, London Underground, Network Rail, Environment Agency and others. Our experience at navigating our way through complex development scenarios allows us to identify a clear path forward. 

Our approach with clients is to present solutions, not problems. 

MEET THE TEAM

We lead building development projects from inception to completion, representing our clients as their development manager.  We take responsibility for as many aspects of the development process as our clients would like to delegate to us. We provide a tailored approach to every client, refined to suit each project.

We have gained significant planning consents on some of the most important sites in London. We have a strong track record of developing and delivering high-quality buildings.

We have a straight forward approach to development which begins with us taking the time to understand the strategic objectives and risk profile of each client. We are an open and transparent team who identify and manage risks and opportunities at every step of the process, to maximise project returns.
