Having held senior in-house roles at leading property developers, we established IV Development in 2020 to offer our experience and hands-on leadership directly to our clients.

We work in partnership with property investors, developers, family offices and landowners, providing strategic advice and DM expertise tailored to their objectives.

Our experience spans complex city-centre developments, where success requires navigating challenging planning, technical and stakeholder issues. We have worked extensively with local authorities and statutory and infrastructure bodies, including Historic England, Transport for London, London Underground, Network Rail and the Environment Agency.
