Former HB Reavis development director Kiran Pawar has joined IV Real Estate Forum to head up a new development management arm of the business, IV Development.
The new arm of the business intends to act as development manager on projects in London and the south.
“When IV Real Estate started, the business model had two approaches. One was co-investing with capital partners to deploy their equity into value-add commercial development opportunities, redeveloping them ourselves and managing the whole process,” said IV Real Estate co-founding director Liam Coughlan (pictured, far left).

“IV Real Estate has been successfully operating under that model for nearly three years now and continues to go from strength to strength.”

Pawar (pictured, middle) added:
“I’m thrilled to be joining forces with Alex and Liam to form IV Development. In addition to serving new Clients, the new venture will also strengthen the existing development management capabilities of IV Real Estate and support its £100m drive into value-add and new build commercial development in the markets within which it operates."
