Marc has been working with us for over a year now and specialises in deal underwriting and financial modelling.

Prior to IV Development, Marc worked for 3 years as an independent Real Estate Investment Consultant, advising various clients on investment opportunities and building bespoke financial models for them.

He has also worked as an Associate Partner at Addington Capital for over 5 years, where he focused on the acquisition of real estate portfolios comprising of warehouse, office, retail, and residential assets.
